Returns & Refunds — 30-Day Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@agiliscultus.com with your order number and reason for the request.
Return Address
Return addresses vary depending on the fulfillment facility that produced your item. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
If your item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will:

We will cover all costs associated with approved defect-related returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Items must be returned in original condition. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Gift cards and issued store credit are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
